The Fellowship of the Holy Spirit

11  Finally, brethren, rejoice,  be made complete, be comforted, be like-minded, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you. 12  Greet one another with a holy kiss. 13  All the saints greet you.
14  The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, be with you all. 2 Corinthians 13:11-14 NASB

One good reason that the Holy Spirit is personal is that he has fellowship with believers.  Can a human have true fellowship with his car.  I suppose he could but most people would think that he is mad.  In fellowship there is a mutual love.

Last time we began to look at the opening of Genesis chapter 1. We learned that the elements which I believe came from nothing (ex nihilo), were the building blocks for the Lords big project of creation. These building blocks of matter are mentioned in many myths and legends from Egypt to Babylon. However, the Genesis account is a complete contrast to all of these other myths. Moses wrote in such a way that his account is completely different. The Holy Spirit works in all th saints,sharing diverse gifts with independent spontaneity and choice.
