  9/1/2020 8 And He, when He comes, will convict the world concerning sin and righteousness and judgment; John 16:8 nasb The Holy Spirit understands everything about human nature and the Fall.   Coming to salvation and knowledge of God is only through the work of the Holy Spirit in our lives.

  31 st August 2020 3 Then the LORD said, “My Spirit shall not strive with man forever,  because he also is flesh; nevertheless his days shall be one hundred and twenty years.” Genesis 6:3 People were that evil on the earth that a judgement was on its way.   God is merciful and compassionate but there can come a time when enough is enough.   The Holy Spirit spoke before the great judgement of Noah and the whole earth was going to be under water.   God always leaves a remnant (His elect) this too is a mystery.   As a sign later on God gave the rainbow for all to see.   This signifies God’s mercy and love to Man and His creation.    Even as the ark (ship of safety) represented safety so Christ is our Ark (safety ) and whoever flees to Him will be saved.
